The Greater Hartford Festival of Jazz has become the largest free jazz event in New England and it's back for another year at Bushnell Park from July 13-16. There will be art, food and drink vendors at the park. Bring blankets, chairs, picnic baskets, coolers and enjoy a weekend of free jazz.
